1. Shipping fee

Shipping is added at checkout. We do not offer free shipping.
2. Delivery time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment. Normal delivery is 2–5 business days within Sweden via PostNord or equivalent. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
3. Delivery area
We ship within Sweden. International orders are handled on request via info@samisjackets.com.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped.
5. Unclaimed parcels
Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding time are returned to us. We charge 160 kr for the return handling plus the original shipping fee.
6. Return shipping
The customer pays the return postage. On an approved return we deduct 160 kr as a handling fee from the refund. See the Refund Policy for full rules.
