1. SHIPPING FEES

Important: Shipping fee of 80 kr applies to EVERY order, regardless of order value.
2. Order Processing
- Orders processed within 1–3 business days after payment
- Orders on weekends/holidays processed next business day
- You will receive tracking number via email when shipped

4. Return & Exchange Shipping
- Return shipping fee: 80 kr — paid by customer
- Exchange shipping fee: 80 kr — paid by customer
- Fee is either deducted from refund OR paid upfront
- Contact us for return instructions before shipping
Exception: If return is due to OUR error (wrong item, factory defect), we cover return shipping.
