2. Prices & payment

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Payment via the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. In-store the price shown on the sign or tag applies — prices are not negotiated at the register.

3. Shipping

Shipping is 80 kr per order. See the Shipping Policy for details.

4. Returns — 160 kr on every return

Every return, exchange or refund carries a 160 kr handling fee deducted from the refund. See the Refund Policy for full rules.

5. TikTok Live — 100 kr deposit

100 kr deposit counts toward an order if you buy. Non-refundable if no order is placed. Returns of purchased items still carry the 160 kr fee.

6. Liability

We are responsible for item condition at delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays, misuse, or normal wear.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our sites (images, text, logos) belongs to Samis Jackets AB and may not be used without written permission.

8. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes can be heard by the Swedish Consumer Agency (ARN) or by the ordinary courts.
