Prices and Payment - All prices are displayed in **Swedish Kronor (SEK)** and include applicable VAT - We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna, Swish, and other methods shown at checkout - Payment is processed at the time of order placement - We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice --- ## 3. Orders and Availability - Placing an order is an offer to purchase — confirmation by email forms a binding contract - We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock or pricing errors occur - In the event of cancellation we will issue a full refund to the original payment method --- ## 4. Shipping - Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy - We ship domestically within Sweden and internationally - Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees — delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control --- ## 5. Returns and Refunds — 160 kr Fee on ALL Returns **Every return processed by G&S by Sami's Jackets is subject to a 160 kr return-handling fee.** This fee is non-negotiable, applies to every customer, and is deducted from every refund we issue. By purchasing from us you confirm that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy, including the 160 kr return-handling fee. --- ## 6. TikTok Live World Sale — Deposit Terms (200 kr) This section governs participation in our **TikTok Live World Sale** programme, which requires a **200 kr deposit** to book a personal live video shopping session via WhatsApp. ### 6.1 What the deposit is The 200 kr deposit is a **service fee**. It covers the cost of: - Reserving a dedicated time slot for your session - Preparing products based on your stated preferences - Providing a live WhatsApp video call with our team It is **not** a product purchase. It is payment for a personal shopping service. ### 6.2 If you place an order after your session ✅ The full 200 kr deposit is **deducted from your order total**. You pay only the remaining balance. **Example:** Items total 900 kr → you pay 900 − 200 = **700 kr**. ### 6.3 If you do NOT place an order after your session ❌ The 200 kr deposit is **fully forfeited**. No refund. No exceptions. The service has already been delivered (the live video call was arranged and held for you). ### 6.4 If you return items from a TikTok Live order You placed an order and now wish to return items: - The **standard 160 kr return-handling fee applies** and is deducted from your refund - The 200 kr deposit is **not refunded separately** — it was already applied as payment ### 6.5 Cancellations | When you cancel | What happens | |----------------|-------------| | 24+ hours before session | Session rescheduled once. Intellectual Property All content on our website and app — including images, text, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Samis Jackets AB. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. --- ## 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, Samis Jackets AB is not liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of profit or business interruption - Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure) Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. --- ## 9. Governing Law and Disputes These terms are governed by **Swedish law**. Consumer disputes can be submitted to **Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN)** — www.arn.se.
