Return & Refund Policy — G&S by Sami's Jackets

Important

Every return, exchange or refund has a 160 kr handling fee deducted directly from the refund.

1. Return window

  • Online: 14 days from delivery.
  • In-store (Eskilstuna): 3 days from purchase date.

2. Handling fee — 160 kr on every return

Covers admin, inspection and restocking. If the return value is 160 kr or less, the refund is 0 kr.

3. Item condition

Items must be unworn, in original condition and with tags attached. Used or damaged items are refused.

4. TikTok Live — 100 kr deposit

The deposit counts toward your order if you buy. If no order is placed the deposit is non-refundable. If you return purchased items, the standard 160 kr fee still applies.

5. How to return

  1. Email info@samisjackets.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Ship the item to us (customer pays return postage).
  3. Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receipt, minus 160 kr.

6. Our error

If we shipped the wrong or a defective item — email us within 48 hours with photos and we cover everything. No 160 kr fee in that case.
