By completing a purchase on our store you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this return policy in full. --- ## 1. Return Window You may request a return within **14 calendar days** of the date your order was delivered. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted. --- ## 2. Return-Handling Fee — 160 kr (ALL Orders) A **160 kr return-handling fee** is deducted from every refund we issue. The items will be returned to us and the handling fee will be considered settled. --- ## 3. Condition Requirements Items must be returned in the **exact same condition as received**: - ✅ Unworn and unwashed - ✅ All original tags still attached - ✅ Original packaging included where applicable - ❌ Items showing signs of use, washing, perfume, deodorant, or damage **will not be accepted** - ❌ Items with removed or missing tags **will not be accepted** Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued. --- ## 4. TikTok Live World Sale Orders — Additional Terms If your order was placed as part of our **TikTok Live World Sale** programme (booked via a 200 kr deposit), the following **additional rules apply on top of the standard policy above**: ### 4a. If you placed an order after your video call The 200 kr deposit was already deducted from your order total. If you return items from that order: - A **160 kr return-handling fee** is deducted from your refund - The 200 kr deposit **is not refunded separately** — it was spent as payment toward your order - **Net cost of returning your full order = 160 kr** ### 4b. If you did NOT place an order after your video call - The **200 kr deposit is fully forfeited** — it is a non-refundable service fee that covered the cost of your live video shopping session - No partial or full refund of the deposit is possible, regardless of reason ### 4c. How to Return 1. Email **info@samisjackets.com** with your order number and reason for return 2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions 3. Pack items securely and ship to the address we provide 4. **You are responsible for the cost of return shipping** 5. Once received and inspected, we issue your refund (minus 160 kr) within 5–7 business days --- ## 6. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (wrong item sent): - Contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with photos - We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — the 160 kr fee does **not** apply in this case - You will not be required to pay return shipping for defective/incorrect items --- ## 7. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned under any circumstances: - Items marked **Final Sale** or **Non-returnable** in the product listing - Custom or personalised items - Items returned after the 14-day window - Items not meeting the condition requirements in Section 3 --- ## 8. Refund Timeline - Approved refunds are processed within **5–7 business days** - Refunds are issued to the original payment method - Bank processing may add an additional 2–5 business days depending on your provider --- ## 9. Governing Law This policy is governed by Swedish law.
